That's right, our tenth episode of High Rollers. It's the end of our second week and James Greek has won $85,889 in cash and prizes. If he wins on today's show, he'll play the Big Numbers for $100,000. That said, we need an opponent for him. If you'd like to play, sign up here.

Welcome back, James. We will now begin the show. All deadlines are 48 hours and off we go. Announcer: CBS. Welcome home. (1987 High Rollers theme) Rich: And now, a game of high stakes. Where every decision is a gamble and every move could be your last. High Rollers! And here's the man with all the action, Mark Liotta! (I come out to a tremendous applause from the audience) Me: Thank you! Thank you, Rich Fields. Thank you, audience. (Theme ends) Welcome once again to High Rollers everybody. We have a champion with us who has done plenty of winning this week and he wants to keep on winning. But we also have somebody out there trying to put an end to that and we'll find out right now who those two people are. Rich, introduce us to our players please. Rich: Player number one is our returning champion James Greek. James has a four day total of $85,889 in cash and prizes. And challenging James is Matt Riggenberg! Me: Now James, how do you feel going into this match?

Well I tell you what, James. If you win the match today, you'll be playing the Big Numbers for $100,000. On the other hand, Matt wants to prevent that from happening. Should he succeed, then he will play the Big Numbers for $25,000. All right, you guys both know how we play, so let's get right into our match. Rich, what kind of prizes could our players be taking home? Rich: In column number one, a trip to Toronto. You'll fly round trip coach from Los Angeles to Toronto, Canada for a six night stay in a tower premium room at the One King West Hotel. Daily breakfast is included. Retail value: $7,246. In column number two, a new living room group. From Flexsteel, this 7 piece set comes with sofa, 2 plush chairs, cocktail table, floor lamp and electric fireplace from Dimplex. Retail value: $7,145. And in column three, an iPhone. From Apple, the 16 GB iPhone 6 comes with retina HD display and calling plan. Retail value: $1,969. Total board value for game one: $16,360. Me: Those look like some good prizes. Let's see how the numbers line up for this first game.
3 7 6 5 9 8 2 4 1
Hot column is column one. Knock out all three numbers there with a roll of ten and you could be off to Toronto. And should one of you win that trip to Toronto, I encourage you to take the time to see a show at the Famous People Players black light theatre. With that said, here comes our first question of the day. On average, how many hours of sleep does an adult need per night?

Let's get that six out of here.
3 7 X 5 9 8 2 4 1
And here comes our next question. Before his departure from the Toronto Raptors, what was Vince Carter's famous nickname during his tenure with the club?

Nine comes off the boards as per James' request.
3 7 X 5 X 8 2 4 1
And here's our next question. What board game was created in 1860 and was known as America's first popular parlor game?

That's the game. I happen to have the Playstation version of that game, and it's a lot of fun. All right James, every number is still good so roll those dice please.

And here's our next question. What popular video game character first debuted on the original Playstation in 1996?

The seven!

|
|
Post by GameShowNetwork on Feb 8, 2015 22:54:03 GMT -5
Take the seven off the board.
3 X X X X 8 2 4 1
Get a four on the next roll and you'll have a living room, but get a five and you could win that Toronto trip. Here's our next question. If you wanted to go ice skating on the Rideau Canal, what city would you go to?
