(applause) Doug Morris, host of Hot Dice! Remember to check your local listings. Doug... The initials "PC" on a medicine bottle means it should be taken when?

Preferably calm? (scattered laughter) No, PC is a Latin abbreviation. In layman's terms, it means you've got to take medicine after breakfast, lunch or dinner. A sensible dinner, at that.

(applause) Bill McDee, hos of Three on a Match! Bill, this question is about the Greek. And no, not James Greek. (audience laughs) In Greece, who were the Hetaerae?

The first generation of the founder of this program, as well as my boss on "Gambit P.M.", Merrill Heatter The Hetaerae were the upper class citizens of Greece.

Bill's right, they were high-class citizens... and they were also prostitutes. (wild audience laughter) Crazy as it may seem, it's true! Circle gets the square! James, I think you know where to go...

(applause) For the first game of this match, Kori Planston, from Primetime Wheel! Kori, we have this for you... Artist Tintoretto did most of his painting in what city?

*leans back with the chair*
Well, Tintoretto was a very well known artist at his time, very classy and suave. He chiseled his own paintbrushes from Cuban cigars. Unfortunately, he stole the cigars from an illegal cigar manufacturing plant and that's why you don't hear about him these days...
*leans in*
But the legitimate Tintoretto? He crafted his life's work in one of the most romantic places in the world: Venice.

Forget the country, I want to know what they thought of Satan!
*laughter*
Hellas I'm pretty sure was a city in Ancient Rome so I'll say Italy.

Hi Gang!
I'll try to copy & paste this message in all the games in which I'm involved.
I will have limited access today, tomorrow, a bit more access on Sunday and probably not at all on Monday.
Here's what's going on.
Today after I get done work at 2pm, my son and his high school team have their final away match of the season. They've thankfully already had their final home match on Wednesday. By the time we get home, have dinner and such, I'll probably be ready to go to sleep, so I won't be on at all most likely in the afternoon. I will try to check for updates from work during the day today (Friday Feb. 6th).
Tomorrow morning my son has his Saturday morning junior bowling league which I'll go to watch most likely. In the event that I do not, I'll perhaps be on here limited on Saturday morning. Saturday evening he and I are bowling in a tournament from 6pm til 8pm. After that, I'll be coming home and going to sleep.
Sunday, February 8th I will be on sporadically at best. My son has a big chapter test coming up in his geometry class, so I'll be devoting time to helping him review for that.
Monday, February 9th will be more time preparing for his geometry test which is on Tuesday, February 10th.
So today (Friday), tomorrow (Saturday Feb. 7th), Sunday, February 8th and Monday, February 9th, I will probably have limited access at best those days.
This is one reason why there has not been a Gambit P.M. announcement for episode 9 as yet. I like to get all the questions loaded, all the boards prepared ahead of time, but rest assured, there will be more Gambit P.M.!
Thank you,
Bill
