That is correct! *'97 puzzle solve cue*
The hits just keep coming for you, Matt. You got the benefit of some lucky letters, and now you've added another $1,900 to your bank. $32,535 in all... You got through that so quickly that we're going to play another round. Five won't be enough, so here's puzzle number six. *puzzle reveal chimes* *out of time bells* The category is Person. Matt, that sound means I have to do the spinning for you, even if it's just once. *spins the wheel* I'll ask you for a letter and if it's up there, you'll have the choice of solving or passing. Vowels worth nothing, consonants—I don't know, it has to hurry... $250 *audience groans* So close, and yet so far. $250 for each one. Matt, let's have a letter.

You got it!
*'97 puzzle solve cue*
You solved that for just $250, but we're going to bump that to $500 since that's our house minimum.
Hope that felt good, at least. We add that to your score, and you finish with a solid second place total of $5,200. Thank you, Thomas.
Patrick, I'm sorry about the way things went today. Since this is our 100th episode, we're going to send you back with lovelier parting gifts than normal.
But this game has belonged to Matt Riggenberg. He already has a car, a jukebox and some cash. Could he win a nice prize in the Bonus Round, too? Join us after the break and find out!

$32,535 for our champion already. Matt, this is where it gets really nice. There are some really nice prizes to play for this time around.

In addition to replacing our standard $25,000 cash prize with $100,000, we also have a Maserati, a motorhome, a luxury boat and a diamond necklace up for grabs. Which of those five letters would you like?

We give you the letters RSTLNE as custom in this part of the game.

Wouldn't you like something worth six figures?

Jim: Matt, here's one hundred thousand reasons to celebrate: $100,000!
Me: It's as simple as adding a one: $132,535 in cash and prizes! Enjoy it all, Matt! We'll wrap up the show in just a moment!

It's a strange thing sometimes. When we've had two different runs of the Bonus Wheel, the top prize was never hit. We had $100,000 on the first nighttime era and $25,000 on the first daytime season. Of course, the odds improve when you have a one in five shot. What a way to close out 100th episode. See you next time when we do 1998!
Vanna: Bye-bye!
