I did a variation on that very pun many years ago!
Santa asked Mrs. C to check to see if it was snowing.
She looked out the window and saw Dasher, Dancer, Comet & Cupid munching on some hay.
She turned to Santa and said "No snow, but it looks like rain, dear."
