My philosophy, which I learned from my mother and dad both were, don't regret your mistakes, learn from them.
Between that, and the question also asked "have you ever had a one night stand...", I'm inclined to believe fewer than 41 men even had a one night stand, let alone regretted it, so I will say it is lower.

Assuming that all of these individuals were age 18 or older...while many of them I'm sure would dress up, I'd be inclined to think it's a low number that actually go out trick or treating to get candy for themselves, since that is meant for the younger kids.
Still, I'll say 37.
