You are, up on the 3rd level there!
(chuckling)
That's Matt Bingel from The Dice Game, along with Vincent Easter, host of Wheel of Fortune Big Bucks Edition, and a long-time friend, colleague and host, Kevin Kolsen from Race to a Million!
(applause)
Kevin, Race to a Million is rather like a marathon is it not? Even longer than today's Match Game tie-breaker, yes?

That's gotta be the toughest tiebreaker I've ever been in

It has been. I restarted the race eight months ago and it’s still going strong. It will take lots of luck for someone to finally get there.

That race has lasted longer than some of my shows! (Chuckling)... Nice to see you in the Northeast corner of our grid today. Speaking of racing to a million, on my right is our current, and to date, biggest money winner in the history of the Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour... The N in NBC now stands for Nels... Please welcome back, with... $271,418 in cash and prizes, $60,000 of that thanks to yours truly....Nels Snesrud! (Loud cheering and applause)... You have had quite a run here on the program young man. Remind our viewing audience again about who you are, what you do, and so on...

Small wonder you are doing so well as our "X" player then, with all those strikes! We'll see how many more X's you'll place in our game today... Nels is going for his fifth win today. Object of our players is to get three stars in a row either across, up and down, or diagonally... It is up to our players to figure out if a star is giving the correct answer or making one up, that's how they get the square. For every X and O placed on the board, our players will be awarded $250. The winner of the first game will receive an additional $1,000 in cash, for game two $2,000, for game three, $3,000, and so on… We will continue playing until we hear the "Time's up" bell, and whoever is in the lead at that moment will be today's winner, and go on to play the Big Money Super Match which could bring a payoff of over $100,000!!! (ooohs & ahhhs in the audience) As always, the champion gets to start the first game, Nels, please pick a star.

It's also my final day as Squares host (chuckling)... Very appropriate too that a bowler would pick somebody named "Lane". Sometimes I am so clever, it almost frightens me. Let us see how clever Tony is with this first question... Tony...here is a question about the original master of the Hollywood Squares, Peter Marshall... Original Hollywood Squares host Peter Marshall had a son who was somewhat famous in his own right. What occupation did Peter's son have from 1972 until 1980?

Milton Berle's drag double.
(audience reacts)
All humor aside... I believe that Peter's son was a professional baseball player.

So at times he did a drag bunt in other words...
Nels, do you agree or disagree with Tony's answer?

(cheers & applause) Hunter Dillon, now hosting the long-running $ale of the Century, and I have to tell you, doing an outstanding job of it too! (many cheers & applause) ***(Two Special Notes for all)*** (1. Doug Morris is going to be off the grid for a few days...as per his post in the vacation thread, but players, do not let that discourage you from selecting him if you want or need to....2. For some of these questions I've prepared, I've also come up with humorous responses. For those questions that I have done that with, I will send a P.M. to that star. Stars, you are welcome to use them during your replies to the questions, or come up with your own humorous responses. Keep in mind players, it is only humorous replies I will be messaging to them, not the actual answers nor will I be providing any bluffs.)Hunter, What is the name of the mythological creature that has 9 heads?

(applause) Greetings Steven! You and Clara have a young child, so this next question is right up your alley... Sesame Street, the landmark PBS program is turning 50 this year. Usually when we reach our 50s our hair turns grey. In Oscar the Grouch's case, his hair is green, but what was Oscar's hair color originally?

(applause) Pivotal question here as it will mean either a vertical block for Travis, or $1,250 more for our 4 day champion Nels. Vincent, your last name sometimes conjures up thoughts of Easter seals, therefore we have this question to pose for you... According to the United States Postal Service Good old USPS…what kind of person shall not be honored on a postage stamp?

People who buy air conditioners with easter eggs?
(huge laughter from audience)
Actually, living people cannot be honored on a stamp, but that's just my guess.
