Hello and welcome back to THE BIG SHOWDOWN. We have J.C. and KEVIN at the FINAL SHOWDOWN and one of them will have the chance at $25,000. But before we start, let's do some accounting. J.C., you won one payoff point at $100 plus you gain 10 points during the SPRINT ROUND and, at $25 per point, that's an extra $250 for a total of $1,250. KEVIN, you gained 17 points during the SPRINT ROUND and, at $25 per point, that's an extra $425, bring you total to $600. Here's how the FINAL SHOWDOWN works: The Payoff Point is 7 and we play it the way we have been playing it, but this time, every time a question is asked the catergories will change and all twelve categories from all four rounds are to be played. The one who gets seven points wins the game, becomes the champ and will go on to the GOLDEN DICE bonus round for a chance at $25,000 in cash. (OOHS AND AWWS) First off, let's see what our payoff cash bonus will be: (ELECTRONIC NOISES AND FLASHING NUMBERS) $975.....WOW!!....Now, KEVIN, since you had the highest score after the SPRINT ROUND< you pick first from these three categories: We have ANIMALS, COMMON BONDS and INITIALS AND ABBREVIATIONS. KEVIN, what's your pick?

And that means that J.C> is blocked from this question because it would put him over the payoff point. So this question is for you KEVIN alone. WORLD CAPITALS: What is the capital of Argentina?

In that case, come with me to the dice table area. (DICE TABLE COMES UP; TOTEBOARD COMES DOWN) Our lovely assistant will be giving you dice that will have the numbers 1 to 5 and the words SHOW and DOWN. You roll these golden dice and if you roll SHOW DOWN on those dice, you'll win $25,000. I wish you the best, J.C.. If you don't get SHOWDOWN, then whatever number you get is also important. Pick a number from 1 to 20.
