I'll accept that answer as "No", because that's correct!

Sergio: $0 James: $400, $500 bonus JC: $0
James, you're just one answer away from the bonus round. What would you like now?

James, you are correct!
(dings, audience cheers and claps)
Sergio: $100 James: $500, $500 bonus JC: $0
And you are going to face the bonus round!
Sergio & JC, both of you tried your best, but James got very lucky in the end. Give it up for Sergio & JC!
(audience claps as Sergio & JC leave the studio)
Will James win a new car, or one of the jackpots of $25,000 or $50,000? Find out after the break.

Welcome back to Credit Card.
James has won his place at the bonus round and now he has a chance to win a new car or one of the jackpots worth $25,000 or $50,000.
James, I gotta remind you that on the Credit Card Board, 19 of the numbers has the cash, 1 of the numbers has the car, and one of the numbers has the dreaded BANKRUPT.
If you select the number that has BANKRUPT, the bonus round ends and you lose everything. If you select the number that has the car in your first pick, you'll win a random vehicle, even if you don't have the cash for your credit card. If you select the number that has the car while you have the cash for your credit card, you'll win a vehicle for whatever amount you have in your credit card.
And to begin with, you are given 4 insurance markers for Beat the Dealer. If you get a bad card, you are given the option to use the insurance marker and hoping for a good card, or you can keep the card and then keep the insurance marker.
Do you have any questions?

Starting with #4...
[$7,000]
7 grand! Okay Mylinda, please reveal James's first card.
Mylinda: James, it is an Ace of Clubs!
(audience cheers and claps)
That's a good card James! I assume you want to keep it?

I don't blame you one bit. The Ace of Clubs is now yours.
If you find the car, that's what you'll get. If your next card is an 10 or an face card, it's $50,000 for you.
Another number, please.
Numbers picked: 4

Number 18...
[$500]
It's $500, which means you have a total of $7,500 in your credit card. What's his next card, Mylinda?
Mylinda: James, it is an Five of Diamonds.
(audience groans)
That's a bad card. Do you want to keep the card and play for $25,000, or do you want to use the insurance marker and hope for a better card?

You are now down to 3 insurance markers. We need a 10 or a face card for $50,000.
Mylinda, do we have a good card?
Mylinda: YES!!!
(clangs and whoops, audience cheers and claps)
Blackjack!
James, instead of a car, you've won $50,000! How do you feel at this moment?

*James Brown voice*. I feel good! But seriously, I needed the $50 grand more than the car, I don’t drive and I will be using it to go to broadcasting school.

At this moment, your 1-day total is $51,500 in cash!
(audience claps)
Just for curiosity, what has Mylinda's face up card?
And the face down card?
And let's see where the car and the BANKRUPT is at.
1: $20,000 2: $750 3: $7,500 4: $7,000 5: $2,500 6: Car 7: $3,000 8: $8,000 9: $1,000 10: $4,500 11: $15,000 12: $9,000 13: $1,500 14: $4,000 15: BANKRUPT 16: $5,000 17: $2,000 18: $500 19: $3,500 20: $6,000 21: $10,000
#6 had the car and #15 had the BANKRUPT. James, you are coming back in the next episode for a chance to win another $50,000 or a new car.
And, you currently have $7,500 in your credit card. You can add more if you come back to the bonus round again.
Well guys, that's all we got time for tonight! I hope all of you at home enjoyed the show. James will be facing off 2 new challengers in the next episode of Credit Card.
This is Vincent Easter saying: Good night everybody!
(long applause and cheers) (credits roll)
