Now that both players are ready, please allow me to explain the rules of the game.  The object in this game is to "capture" members of a six-celebrity panel. To do this, players have to light up numbers positioned around triangle shapes, inside of which sat by the panelists. The numbers 1–10 are positioned around the triangles so that each edge is attached to a number (1-4-5, 2-5-6, 3-6-7, 4-5-8, 5-6-9, and 6-7-10). The numbers are referred to as "Points of Light" throughout the game. The numbered lights will flash one at a time in tandem... and all you have to do is hit the plunger and see where it lands on, and the number it stops on determines which celebrity would be asked a question. If a number is attached to two or more triangles, the contestant chooses which celebrity to play. If the number is attached to a celebrity who would be captured if it's lit, the contestant is forced to choose that celebrity unless there are more than one celebrity that would be captured by lighting the number. it's up to you if the star is telling you the truth or using a bluff. A correct response allows that player to keep control. If the contestant is wrong, control passes to the opponent. And if the player captures at least 3 battlestars, he'll win the game, earns $1,000 and the right to play the Battlestars II bonus round for a chance to win up to $25,000. [ CHEERS AND APPLAUSE ] On yesterday's broadcast, Joseph didn't get a single chance to play since our retired champion was on fire. Right now, it's his turn now that he's challenger #1.
