Me: Thank you, Jim Thornton. (Theme fades out) Welcome once again to Card Sharks. As you can see, we have Christmas decorations on the set today because we're getting close to the holidays. Thanks to Doug Morris for that opening poem. If you folks at home want to send us opening poems, we'll be more than happy to use them. Now let's meet our players for today. (Nels and Anthony run to their podiums) Nels won over $26,000 on yesterday's show, including a car in the bonus game. But we haven't had Anthony in a little while, so tell the folks at home a little about yourself please sir.

Well, I'm originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina for almost 16 years. I currently live in Chesnee for 14 1/2 years. I enjoy theme songs, game shows, and cartoons. I am 30 years old. I get very nervous easy. I lost my dad over 1 year ago due to a blood clot.

Ah, I see. Well hopefully you can do daddy proud as we begin our match. As you know, the first player to win two games goes on to play for 32 grand as well as a car. Nels, we start with you since you're the champ. We surveyed 100 eight year old girls and we asked them "Have you ever asked Santa for a gift that was important to you, and then woken up on Christmas morning to find that the gift you actually received wasn't quite what you wanted?". Nels, how many of them said that they've received a different gift than what they asked for?

Higher than the three...............it's a prize card. Now this particular prize card has question mark on it which means that it's a mystery prize. What that means is that we can't tell you what the prize is or anything about it unless you win this round. What we will do, though, is put the prize card on your column and ask you to call the three again.
