Hello and welcome back to THE BIG SHOWDOWN. We are here at the FINAL SHOWDOWN with MATT and NELS and before we start, let's do some accounting. MATT gained two payoffs points at $100 apiece and also gained 26 points so, at $25 per point, that brings him a total of $850. NELS gained 11 points and, at $25 per point, gives him an extra $275 for a total of $1,150.  Here's how the FINAL SHOWDOWN works: The Payoff Point is 7 and we play it the way we have been playing it, but this time, every time a question is asked the catergories will change and all twelve categories from all four rounds are to be played. The one who gets seven points wins the game, becomes the champ and will go on to the GOLDEN DICE bonus round for a chance at $25,000 in cash. Now, our payoff cash bonus is: (ELECTRONIC NOISES AND FLASHING NUMBERS)  $675....and now, our first three categories for the FINAL SHOWDOWN. We have.....  We have FAMOUS PEOPLE, SPIES AND ESPIONAGE and SOUTH AMERICA. MATT, since you were in the lead at the end of the SPRINT ROUND, you get to pick first. |
