The fourth number is two. (buzzer) No. But now you know where the last two numbers go, so that should help you a lot. Reach in and pull out another chip. (Letter from A to C again)

(Back to the studio) Well, that Three Strikes win we just had was quite exciting. Hopefully the next game will be just as exciting too. But before we can get to that, the four of you have to bid on this. Jim: It's a new gas grill! The Member's Mark Gas and Kamado Combo Grill pairs a traditional gas grill design with a Japanese-style ceramic komodo grill. It also has a searing side burner, giving 931 total square inches of cooking space. Me: Matt gets to bid first on that grill. Bidding order: Matt, Frankie, Nels, AJ

$1111 for AJ. (ding) The actual retail price is $1129 and AJ is the winner. (AJ follows me up to the turntable) That was a very good bid you made, sir. Not only have you won the gas grill, but you have also won the right to try for this prize. Jim: A new hot dog cart! This classic New Yorker Hot Dog Cart is extremely stylish and comes fully assembled. The hot dog concession stand has a large cooler which holds hundreds of hot dogs on one side and 65 drinks on the other. These portable hot dog carts are made from stainless steel and have deluxe curved push handles. It's a prize worth $4,610! Me: AJ, you're going to play a game that you might not be too familiar with since this is a newer game. You'll be playing Vend-O-Price for that hot dog cart. Now here's a coin for the machine. (AJ inserts the coin and the machine opens up) On all of these rows of the machine are some wonderful treats to enjoy. Jim, what kind of treats do we have in the vending machine today? Jim: They're some pretty good ones, Mark. We have a pack of six cans of Coca Cola, a six pack of Super Pretzel, and a pack of mini Oreo cookies. Me: AJ, all you have to do is tell me which of the three shelves you see here is the most expensive. In other words, the shelf with the highest total price. Do that correctly and you'll win that hot dog cart. Which shelf do you think is the most expensive, AJ?

(AJ pulls the lever on the Pretzel shelf) All right, let's see how you did here. We'll start at the top here with the Coca Cola. How many are there? (Top shelf display reveals info) 7 Coca Cola packs. Each one sells for $4.94, seven of them total........$34.58! (ding; audience gives mixed reactions) I don't know about you, AJ, but I'm a little bit concerned. Oreo cookies next, how many do we have there? (Bottom shelf reveals info) 8 packs of cookies for $3.36 each, grand total of.................$26.84. (ding) Now the pretzel shelf here. (Middle shelf reveals info) Six pretzels here, and each one sells for $3.40. Six of them total............$20.40. (buzzer, losing horns) Too bad, AJ. (1972 main theme) We're going to spin the wheel for some big money in the showcase showdown after this. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) Time to spin the wheel, and the three players I have with me are Frankie, Nels, and AJ. Whoever gets closest to a dollar without going over will be in the showcase, of course, so get over to the wheel and give it a good spin Frankie. (Give me a number between 1 and 20)

The way this works is that the top winner moves to the showcase by default while the other three play for the second spot in the showcase in the showcase showdown. Now as for Frankie, this is looking good. Oh this is looking really good................. 90 90 cents! Spin again or stay, Frankie?
