Hello and welcome back to THE BIG SHOWDOWN. We're here now at the FINAL SHOWDOWN with FRANKIE and KEVIN. Before we start, let's do some accounting. First, KEVIN gained 18 points during the SPRINT ROUND and at $25 per point, that's another $350. With the $500 from before, he has $850. However, FRANKIE, our champ, has made history on our show. He has gained the most points ever during the SPRINT ROUND and has the highest score after the SPRINT ROUND was over. (APPLAUSE) FRANKIE also hit three payoff points for an extra $300 plus, he gained 36 points and at $25 per point, that's $900. All total, he has $1,900.  Here's how the FINAL SHOWDOWN works: The Payoff Point is 7 and we play it the way we have been playing it, but this time, every time a question is asked the catergories will change and all twelve categories from all four rounds are to be played. The one who gets seven points wins the game, becomes the champ and will go on to the GOLDEN DICE bonus round for a chance at $25,000 in cash. (OOHS AND AWWS) First off, let's see what our payoff cash bonus will be: (ELECTRONIC NOISES AND FLASHING NUMBERS)  $550.....and now, our first three categories for the FINAL SHOWDOWN.  We have CRIME AND THE LAW, SLANG and N, S, E & W. FRANKIE, since you had the highest score going into it, you pick first? |
