Hello friends!
I thank those of you who voted in my Pay Cards! poll. Just 5 voted but it was unanimous that the 2 out of 3 match was preferred to the previous scoring system. For the time being however, Pay Cards! is being put on the back burner.
Starting on or around June 18th, I will be bringing back another card game I hosted quite a while ago, "Split Decision".
The last episode I did was quite some time ago, and Evan Hatfield was the reigning champion.
At this time I would like to extend to Evan an invitation to return to play again.
Furthermore, Frank Sartori and Jonathan Laster were to have a re-match playing Pay Cards! Since I'm putting that game on the back burner, I would like to extend an invitation to both of you as well to play Split Decision against Evan.
It's based on the card game Acey-Deucey. The object of the game is to place a card in the high position and the low position (in either order), and once you have established that split, you must then earn one more card that would fit in between those two.
One twist with the game is the Ace. Aces can be either high or low. If the first card you place is an Ace, you must determine at that moment if you want it to be a high or a low Ace.
I am wanting to experiment with the bonus round, wanting to try something new with that. I will put a post in the workshop area to get a volunteer to try it out.
