Robert Mandan was a frequent guest of the original version of "Chain Reaction" -- going all the way back to the Bill Cullen days in 1980. Robert Mandan was best known for his role of Chester Tate on the satirical comedy drama "Soap". Later, he part of the casts of "Three's Company"; its sequel "Three's a Crowd" and the TV sitcom version of "Private Benjamin".
