Frank has selected number 13. Another $25 into the High Hand jackpot, bringing it up to $550. And the card? The 5 of Hearts. We'll give you that card as a pair of 5's is the best hand you can make for yourself Frank. That will give you another $100 for today, or a grand total of $200. We'll talk more in a moment... Jonathan, we know you can't capture that 4th 9, but there might be another 10 lurking on the board for a Full House. Also could be more money cards up there to add to the High Hand jackpot which we already know you're going to claim. 4, 6, 9 and 11 remain. Which card do you wish to turn over Jonathan?

There, now the High Hand jackpot is $550. We had it at $505 in error.

Number 6... Another $50 added to the kitty... $600 in the High Hand jackpot. Is there a 10 to be had? No, it is the 8 of Clubs... Not that it makes any difference, we'll give you that 8 Jonathan. Let's see if there was another 10 to be had? Number 4? The 5 of Diamonds, number 9? The 8 of Diamonds, and number 11? The 4 of Clubs, so no, no more tens to be had. Frank, another $100 to you for the pair of 5's you have, a grand total today of $200. We discovered that there was some confusion as far as what the objective was, and Frank explained he thought there was a different objective, which is why he incorporated the strategy that he did. After further clarification, Frank now has a better understanding and since there was some confusion, we're going to invite Frank back on our next program to compete again with Jonathan. As for you Jonathan, 3 of a kind, $250 plus the $600 in the High Hand jackpot, $850 for this hand, $1,850 total for today's match, and an overall grand total of $63,650 in cash winnings thus far! (cheers & applause) televisiontunes.com/Headline_Chasers_-_Ending.htmlJonathan and I will return with the Royal Flush bonus round, where as much as $50,000 in cash could be won! So stay tuned! (applause)

(Applause) Back at you with more Pay Cards! Jonathan's been paid quite handsomely over the past 2 and a half episodes, over $63,000 in winnings. I did make one slight error before the break. I said to you Jonathan that you could win as much as $50,000 playing our Royal Flush round, but not true. Now it's truly a King's ransom, as the top potential prize is now $100,000 in cash! (oohs and aahs) Yes indeed. Let us present to you now the Royal Flush board... (bling) Some of the rules have remained the same, but we've added a new twist or two as well. As before Jonathan, all four possible Royal Flushes are up on that board of 20 cards, Four Aces, Kings, Queens, Jacks and Tens. As before, you have a total of 14 picks in order to complete a Royal Flush. If you do so Jonathan, in addition to any money you have in your pot, you will also win an added cash bonus which will be established in a moment. Attached to eleven of the twenty cards are cash cards. Any time you select a number that has a cash card attached to it, that cash will go into your bank. Those cash cards could be anywhere from $150 all the way up to $750. A total of $5,000 in cash cards are hidden up there somewhere. Attached to one of the cards is a Joker. If you uncover that, you will be asked to use that Joker immediately as a wild card in any suit of your choosing, as long as the Joker does not complete a Royal Flush for you. The last card to complete a Royal Flush has to be a natural. Another bonus card attached to one of the twenty cards is a Free Pick card. If you find that, you'll earn one additional pick of the board at the end of the game, assuming you don't hit the Devil. The Devil is attached to one of the twenty cards, but he is deactivated throughout your first seven selections, so you very well might get rid of him early on in the game, but you won't know for certain. Also a "Double Your Bank" card is attached to one of the twenty cards, it too however is deactivated until after your seventh selection, hopefully you won't get rid of that one! At this time Jonathan, if you haven't any questions, I would like for you to select a Trump Suit. Should you complete a Royal Flush in the Trump Suit, you will win double the bonus cash prize that you'll be shooting for. I think I know which one it will be, but I am required to ask. What will your Trump suit be for today's game Jonathan?

There it is locked and loaded for you, Spades as the Trump suit. Look over the board Jonathan and make your first selection. After you do so we will reveal first the amount of bonus cash you'll be trying to win.

That I hadn't recalled, but now that you mention it, yes you do start with 1 usually. Let's see how much you'll be playing for. I hope that $45,000 is there! $14,000! (applause)... If you complete a Royal Flush, you'll win an additional $14,000. If the first Royal Flush you complete is in the Spades suit, it will mean $28,000! Let's see if number 1 was also a Pay Card... Hoping for a Spade... It is the 10 of Hearts, and it's worth $600 today. Six more selections are safe. Where to now Jonathan?

Number 12... Oh my! (applause) ANOTHER Club, and a "Free Pick" card which you can use at the end of the game if you so choose, and if you need to... If you uncover the Ace of Clubs, you'll win a $14,000 bonus and qualify to play for the car in the Pay Cards Extra. What number this time Jonathan?

Very calmly as always, Jonathan makes his selection. Number 17. Is it more money for his bank? Oh yes, $500 more! Now if 17 is the Ace of Clubs, you will wind up with a Royal Flush win totaling $16,150. What is under 17? (gasps) OH it's the Ace of HEARTS!!!!!!!! SO close! One more safe pick remaining Jonathan, then we'll talk, unless you uncover the Ace of Clubs that is. What number?

Is 16 yet another Pay Card? My word yes! Another $400! You're up to $2,550 now Jonathan! If 16 is the Ace of Clubs, you'll win $16,550 and play for the car. Is it?!?!?! No! It is the Queen of Diamonds, first card in that suit... Jonathan, in your first 7 picks, you selected six cards that all had money attached to them, and one pick had the "Free Pick" card. None of the cards you chose so far were blanks which I can now tell you means both the "Double Your Bank" card IS now in play but so too is the Devil. The Devil is attached to one and only one of those remaining 13 cards. As you know, if you wish, you can end the game right now and take $2,550 guaranteed, or you may continue playing. You're just one card short of a Royal Flush with the Ace of Clubs. While the Joker is still also available, you'll recall my saying that you could not play it if it completed a Royal Flush, and that you had to do so naturally. With all this information in mind, do you want to stop now and take $2,550 or continue playing, hoping to get that Ace of Clubs, and get a Royal Flush and qualify to play for the car? (audience begins to shout suggestions)

15 it shall be. Devil please stay away! You're safe! (applause) Another $450! You are finding ALL the money cards today! Super! Your pot is now $3,000. If 15 is the Ace of Clubs, your pot will be $17,000! Is it?!?!?! No, it is however the King of Spades, finally got a card in your Trump suit Jonathan! Six picks remain plus your free pick if you last that long. 1 in 12 chance of losing $3,000 on your next choice, possible 1 in 12 chance of winning $14,000 on your next choice. Do you want to stop or continue Jonathan? (audience yelling advice)

All,
I received a phone call from my wife saying that her Dad passed away this morning due to complications from pneumonia.
He was 71.
I ask that all games in which I am participating can extend to me some extra time during this difficult time of transition for our family.
Respectfully,
Bill
