Well Josh Allington is leaving NGC, so we have to reboot this episode of H2. Everyone stays exactly where they are, I just need them all to check in, and we need to find a new panelist to replace Allington.

I have never seen a place like this. Where are we? Gobo: I don't know. I've never seen a place like this either. TM: The silly creatures call it Hollywood Squares. Therefore, we must be in Hollywood! Gobo: I guess so. What's this place here, though? TM: The silly creatures call this a studio. Here they have cameras that take pictures of us and millions of people watch us on a big square box called a television set. Gobo: Ah. Sort of like the one over here. (He points to a TV monitor) TM: Yes, my dear boy. You are going to be seen by millions of people. If you make a mistake, the whole world will know about it. Now how do you feel? Gobo: I don't know. I feel kinda nervous about this. I mean we haven't been in this situation together since Fraggle Rock went off the air. TM: Don't you worry my boy. This will be fun. Afterwards, they promised us radishes and Doozer buildings to eat. Gobo: Oh good.
Director: 5 seconds 'til showtime, Fraggles.

The object of the game is to get three stars in a row...  ...either across...  ...up and down...  ...or diagonally. Players, it's up to you to figure out if the answers the stars are giving are correct -- or if they're just being silly creatures. (AUDIENCE LAUGHS, CUT TO A SHOT OF GOBO AND UNCLE TRAVELING MATT LAUGHING)
That's how you get the squares. The first two games are worth $1,000, and after that, every game is worth $2,000. The player with the most money when time is up wins the game, becomes the champ, and gets the chance to drive off in a brand new Nissan. (AUDIENCE OOHS)
Normally, our champion starts the game, but since our champ retired on the last show, we start with our X player. Nels, that's you. Good luck, and pick a star. |
