Is it really gone? There were times where the forum would be inaccessible for weeks and it would then pop back without any further explanation. I'd wait for an official word but BigJon isn't all that reachable.

Here is BigJon's most recent post from his Facebook timeline, on November 11th.  This may very well explain why he hasn't maintained his site and lost interest in programming further PC game updates:

I'm sorry for not being more around, as some of you know, with my treatments, i'm usually at the hospital 3-5 nights a week so I apologize not being as active as I use to be..... Thanks for those who still take to read this, or keep me in their thoughts, or even give half a care about me. The way it is right now... i need any glimmer of hope i can get

Guys, I have a found another note from BigJon on Facebook, as it reads, and I quote:

So as i can't sleep, i think about what the doctor told me.... I was suppose to be dead over 2 years ago with this T.I., managed to survive being held up at gun point not too long ago, the other issues a couple of you know about and was told I probably have about 2-3 weeks left to live (hey at least i think i'll see 2015); there's no getting better so they say, just the way it is, or worse until Game Over .....? I still question "Why Me?" I don't know if i've been a horrible person and this is payback or what. I feel as if i've done right in life, treated people fairly, helped when I could, gave when even I may not have had it to give, provided sound advice when inquired, issue no harm to anyone, etc. I just dont know and it just boggles my mind. If i don't speak to any of you again since i've been infrequent on my Facebook account, i wish you all the best in 2015 and your life beyond and I hope you can leave this earth achieving all your planned and unplanned goals and that people won't forget the amazing you have and will do in your life. For some of my closest people, i'll be reaching out to you shortly to update my will with relevant information so i can at least pass down those things i'll be unable to use to you and your family. A lot of you all are amazing individuals, a list that would probably go over the limit of this post. I know many people may ignore this since it could be deemed depressing, but as i've been doing and just holding it all in, i decided to just share it here. I know some may think but never would say "Glad it ain't me" or "who cares" or "HAHA!" but just a simple comment or a like of this post could make my last days just a little bit better. I hope that you have viewed me as just simply a "good person" at least. If you choose not to comment, a positive thought would suffice. Keep on keepin on, ignore the haters, don't initiate unnecessary conflict just "because" and focus on you and it'll be alright. Save all the petty stuff for never cuz it just ain't worth it as short as life can be. Peace All!

This is incredibly heartbreaking to hear.  I pray his physical, mental, emotional and spiritual suffering will not last too long.  This is indeed upsetting news.

That is an absolute shame what is happening to Big Jon.

I just found out about him, his website, and his wonderful games two days ago! I think it is wonderful that he chose to let the world enjoy his creativity and hard work!

I was looking to access the forum for a few questions I had. I'm sorry to see what is happening.

It seems like a few people here are familiar with Big Jon's games. I am having a problem with the background pictures showing way too small for the play size (and the buttons, fields, etc. not properly aligned over the background pic, as a result).

Could I ask if anyone knows what might be happening?

I have been lurking on this forum for a long time, and I wanted to let you all know that I am very well aware of this matter and I accept it. However, there is a person who has attempted to post to the unofficial Facebook group for fans of Jonathan's site. This is no longer necessary because this group is no longer active. I highly doubt people are going to see his post. His name is Jimmy McDonald.

Will someone please tell him not to do this again?

I'm sorry, but what you said could not be further from the truth. That group is, in fact, very active. People post there, if not daily, at least every other day. I post there, as well, though not often. I usually post screenshots of big wins on TPiR or Wheel. I know Jimmy, as I am friends with him on Facebook, and he uses the group to keep us updated on the game shows he's making in Visual Basic, such as Press Your Luck. And, if you had bothered to look, you would see that he gets several comments on the posts he makes. It's his right to post what he wants; we can't stop him. Why would we want to?? -_- smh

Why is that group still in existence then? Chances are, Jonathan will not recover until we know for sure he will, and if someone could please post in this thread as soon as they find out the latest in regard to Jonathan, I would greatly appreciate it.
