It's time for another edition of Tic Tac Dough. James Greek is my returning champion with a two game total of $3,000. I will need him to check in. I will also need Nels Snesrud to check in, for he expressed interest in playing this episode. When the time comes, I will ask for someone to sign up to play the second game of this episode when we come to it.
(Note: The last two people to play in an episode are Matt Ringenberg and John Bergman. I ask that you both wait at least one episode before trying again.)

It's great to have you here Nels. Good luck to you and good to James as well. Let's see what the categories are for this first game of Tic Tac Dough. They are: We have Movies, the Challenge category, For the Kids, Sports & Leisure, Video Games, the Jump In category, Geography, Grab Bag, and finally What Is? As you know, the blue categories are general trivia questions and the red boxed are special categories. The Challenge category is a multiple choice question with 3 possible choices. You can either choose to answer it or pass it to your opponent. For the Jump In category, I will give you a question and the first one to buzz in with the correct answer gets the box. What Is? works just like Jeopardy!. I will give you a category and then you will pick an amount that gets added to the pot if you are correct from $200, $400, $600, $800 and $1,000. One more thing to note is that the center box is a two-part question worth $300 which you will have some extra time to think about it. With that said, let's begin with our champion James. Go ahead and pick a category.

Video Games in the center box. Of course, as you know, this is a two-part question. You will have some extra time to think about it. Here comes your two-part question under Video Games. First off, James...
The first person shooter video game Doom was first released in what year? That's the first one. Your second one is...
In what year did Nintendo release its first game console in North America?
Those are your two questions. Here's your extra time to think about it.
*think music*
Okay James. Which one would you like to answer first?
(Note for James: Please just pick either the first or second question. Then wait for me to repeat the question before you answer.)
