I do the jokes around here, MICHAEL... (AUDIENCE LAUGHTER) Just kidding....In that case, come with me to our LETTER PERFECT PLUS board. Here's how we play LETTER PERFECT PLUS. The object, my friend, of LETTER PERFECT PLUS is to guess ten words. They are arranged from four letter words all the way up to a ten letter word. We'll give you a word with just the first and last letters revealed and you give us a guess on what that word is. If you're right, you'll win money and we'll go on to another word. However, if you're wrong, we'll reveal the next letter in the word. Now, you'll will be given a number pot of letters and each time you need another letter in order to solve the word, we'll take that out of your pot. If you can solve all ten words, my friend, then you'll win $20,000 in cash. (AUDIENCE APPLAUSE) However, if you run out of letters before solving the last word, then you'll win the amount of your last word completed. The first word is worth $100, then it goes up to $250, $500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 and the last word, that is ten letters long, is worth $20,000. Now, you do have a chance to win prizes as well. If you get all ten words with FIVE or more letters left, then it's $20,000 and this: IT'S A MEDITTERREAN CRUISE worth $8,500. (AUDIENCE APPLAUSE) Now, that's a nice prize, but here's something better. If you get all TEN words with ten or more letters left, then it's $20,000 and this: A MERCEDES worth $52,000. (MORE AUDIENCE APPLAUSE) Now, involving our number pot of letters. We always start with 15...however, you have a chance to add more letters to your pot by picking a letter from our title. They have numbers anywhere from 0 to 5 and behind one is 10. Whatever number you reveal will be added to your pot. Any questions?
