["IMAX Experience"] Greg: And now for a 10-minute intermission that may or may not be available on the DVD and Blu-Ray. Greg: Is everybody back? OK, let's go! (drumroll, as we get a shot of the darkened set, the boxes of our nine contenders pop in one by one, filling in the screen.)Burton Richardson: (VO) This is the $ale of the Century Tournament of Champions. Nine of our biggest money winners are back to compete for cash and prizes worth.... over 2.5 million dollars![MAIN THEME](shots of winning contestants) This week, one of our contestants will win the title of Champion of Champions, and will take home a fortune in cash and prizes including....
This Lamborghini Aventador S and....
$1,000,000 in cash! It's Heat 3 of the 2nd Annual......
(echo) And now, here's the star of the show, Greg Palmer!(the doors open and I run to my lectern to cheers and applause)Greg: Thank you, Burton Richardson, and welcome to the $ale of the Century 2nd Annual Tournament of Champions. In IMAX! (audience cheers) For those of you who came late to the show, you're probably wondering, "What is a game show doing being shown in an IMAX theater?" Well, it all started with Marvel Television announcing that the pilot for Inhumans would be shown in IMAX theaters. 20th Century Fox and NBC got together and decided, "Why not do that for $ale of the Century?" Do you realize that we could be nominated for Oscars? (audience laughs) It's true, it's true! We just secured ourselves seats for the 2018 Oscars. After all, I've got nothing better to do on a Sunday evening. And here's Stacey Wren! (cheers and applause as Stacey comes out wearing a hot dress) Stacey: G'day, Greg. Well, this is it, the last heat.Greg: Right you are. You know, some Americans might not understand the term "heat". Why is it called that? Stacey: I'm not sure, really. Hmmm.... let's see, a more American term. Qualifier?Greg: That works. I like "heat" better, though. OK, who have you got for us tonight? (As Stacey introduces the contestants, models of the opposite gender escort them to their seats)Stacey: Well, first, he's got a total of $42,349 in cash and prizes. He's a digital media arts student who enjoys music. From Columbus, Ohio, here's Ian Sherman. Next, we have a food service manager for a major convenience store chain in New England, who is one of our bigger winners. With a total of $148,584 in cash and prizes, welcome back Steven Anderson. And finally, he's the one who has won the most, thanks to really cleaning up during Big Money Week. He's a business support officer originally from Manchester, England. With $372,621 in cash and prizes, here's Sam Hodkin!(cheers and applause) Greg: OK, then. Let's welcome back our champions. Hiya, Sam. So, you have over $372,000 in cash and prizes. Let's see if I can recall all of them. You won a motorhome, a Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback, a trip to New York, a trip to Hong Kong, sterling silverware, stake in a new musical I'm developing with Lin-Manuel Miranda, and three months' rent in a luxury apartment in Firenze, Italy. So, what'd you do with your prizes? How was Firenze?

Oh it's wonderful once in a while. Perfect weather, the historic centre is gorgeous, and the joys of Italian food.

Ahhhhhhh, yes. The joys of Italian food. All those carbs. Now, if you win the million plus, do you think you'll buy a summer home there?

Well a house in the UK would be a better starting point, maybe a few other trips too.

Well, believe me, with a million, you could easily do that. But first, you'll have to win tonight. Good luck to you.
Next, Steven Anderson, a food service manager from Plymouth, Massachusetts. What has been up with you since we last met?

We have been having a free coffee promotion on Fridays that's been occupying a good portion of my time. We had our cranberry harvest last week and with some of the winnings I was able to reinvest in the family business. I've enjoyed driving my Buick Cascada that I won on the program as well.

Make sure my Grandmother can take a break from handling all the paperwork and everything that comes with keeping a farm going. She's been at it for 50 years and deserves a rest

You better believe it. We'll see if we can't make that happen for you if you win. Good luck to you.
Finally, Ian Sherman. For those who weren't here, we made jokes about Ian's den. It seems that every prize he's won would go great in it. He's got a smart TV, a klik-klak sleeper sofa, a living room suite by Cindy Crawford, a wine refrigerator and cigar humidor, a tenor saxophone, an Irish TARDIS, a painting of "On the Bones of Moby Dick", and a shuffleboard table. So Ian..... can you fit all those prizes in that den coherently? (audience chuckles)

The best thing I'd do is invest half of it in an in-house digital media lab, and save part of it for a new car or two.
