since i never smoke and my dad never smoke too i'm going to say 46 boys will say they have gotten dizzy from smoking their dad's cigars

You'll begin the game with $1,000 on the bottom line. Three cards for you to bet as you will. And when you move up to the second level, we'll add $2,500 of betting money and three more cards.
