We are back and we are onto another round. Here's the wheel:  It's the Express round. If you land on the Express, you can hop aboard and call letters for $1,000 apiece. Vowels still cost $250. One bad letter and it's bye bye money. We still have the 2 1/2 Car tags, the Gift Tag, and the Double Play. Everything else is gone. We also have a top dollar value of $4,000.
