I'm back in the saddle again!
Before I begin hosting by take of the ABC version of Password, I'm going to do a few bonus rounds to see which style of the format I'll use works best. The End Game will be played in two parts:
Lightning Round: Celebrity communicates five passwords to the contestant in twenty-five clues or less. Each password is worth $500. An illegal clue disqualifies the password.
Super Lightning Round: Celebrity or contestant communicates three passwords in ten clues or less for ten times the amount won in the lightning round or $1,000 per word if unsuccessful. An illegal clue puts the password out of play and the contestant loses the chance at the large bonus. If any passwords are left, the rest can be guessed at $1,000 apiece.
I'm going to try four rounds of this, with two randomized two-person teams. Who'd like to try this out?

One thing I forgot to mention. Unlike the rules the real version had at the time, if you pass on a word, you can come back to it.
Bill and Matt, you'll be playing the first two rounds. The first will have Bill giving for the first part and Matt for the second. The second will have Bill giving for both parts. James and Sam, you'll have those roles for the fourth part.
Bill and Matt are playing for $2,500. Bill, watch your PM box and start by giving the first clue on the first password. Good luck!
