Since it seems the nation is split so much on so many things, and incorporating the 47% comment that Mr. Romney mentioned back in 2012 which contributed in part to his losing, I will say 53 out of 100 would repeal it entirely...
If it was me, I don't know that I would repeal it entirely, rather, keep the parts of it that are beneficial to the most number of Americans...

A 6 is rolled, the streak is over! Matt wins!! (scattered groans and cheers, LVG ending theme) Bill, I have to say I was intrigued to see if you could work your magic one more time and clear the board, but once Matt buzzed in correctly he had you trapped there! But let's give Bill McDee a big round of applause for 10 straight games won here on High Rollers! (huge standing applause) In the meantime, Matt will hear what Rich has in store for you! Rich! (LVG theme) Rich: Matt, hopefully you have a special someone, because you've won a Ladies Watch! (WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) Salvatore Ferragamo Women's FQ4150013 Minuetto Gold-Plated Stainless Steel Watch Gold-plated watch featuring mother-of-pearl dial with diamond 12 o'clock hour marker and rotating Gancino set with diamonds 37-mm stainless steel case with anti-reflective sapphire dial window Swiss quartz movement with analog display Stainless steel bracelet featuring deployant clasp with push-button closure Water resistant to 30 m (99 ft): In general, withstands splashes or brief immersion in water, but not suitable for swimming Retail value: $2,650! Last but not least, you've won a pair of Bicycles! (huge applause) Diamondback Bicycles 2016 Overdrive Pro Complete READY RIDE Hardtail Mountain Bike Nimble, fast, and fun. A perennial favorite, the Overdrive Pro has joined the 27.5 inch revolution. More maneuverable yet still blazingly fast, this bike is built to set records. Traditional hardtails are still tons of fun, capable bikes that offer a lightweight alternative to full suspensions or a challenge to those who wish to do more with less. With a full complement of lightweight and durable parts, this bike is at home tooling around your local trails or on the starting line. Some things will never go out of style. Retail value: $3,075 Along with the $1,200 in cash, total value of this game: $6,925! (huge applause) With a total of $2,700 cash, total value for this game alone is $8,625! (huge applause) As far as scoring is concerned, Matt lead our champ Bill $200 to $100! And for the first time, Bill is in a must win situation! Can he come back with our $300 game? We'll find out with more of High Rollers when we come back! Don't go away! (LVG theme)

(LVG theme) Rich: Back to more of High Rollers and Bryan Law! Thank you Rich Fields we have returned and recovered from the shock that hit us. Bill McDee's 10 game winning streak ended just a little bit ago, but once again deserves another applause! (standing ovation) Now during that chaos, I forgot to mention that Matt earned a 1/2 Car for winning that game! That means if he finds the last one and wins the match, he will automatically win a brand new car! (Huge applause) Now the next game is worth $300, which could give Matt the crown if he wins! Bill for the first time your back is against the wall which means you must win this one to stay alive! Here is the board! (HR 1987 loading board SFX) Rich what do we have? (LVG theme) Rich: Bryan in Column One, we have Gucci Accessories worth $6,077! (WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) Guess what, in this game we have two Hot Columns! (huge applause) Column Two holds a Home Office worth $7,893, plus a roll of a 9 will earn you $2,500 in cash! (huge applause) In Column Three is a trip to Portugal worth $9,386, plus a roll of a 12 will send you to Cape Cod worth $5,828! (huge applause) Total value of the board: $31,684! (WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) What a way to start off this game! Does having two Hot Columns torture you guys a little bit?

Well as you know one wrong roll will make it difficult which to sacrifice here! In any case here's your first question:
(I stare at the question and start to chuckle)
(I look at the writers)
What is this?
(huge laughter)
I usually scold you guys for dumb answers, but for once you're tickling my funny bone!

You two won't believe this one! This could be a dead giveaway!
(huge laughter including me)
El Cid.....
(I look at the audience laughing)
El Bert
(all laugh)
El Jim
(bigger laughter including me)
or El Alf
(enormous laughter including me, lasts for a couple of minutes)
(I look at the writers)
How do I get out of this?
(enormous laughter)
I'll try to read it again:

I can tell you kinda cringed there on what to do, but if you took out more than one it would have took out both Hot Columns. Here's your next question, hopefully a normal one. (laughter) Ah, True or False: A boxing match takes place on a field Bill: 24 Matt: 2 Random.org: 5 Matt!

(enourmous laughter) I'll never forget that for the remainder of my game show career. (enourmous laughter) Here we go: Central Park Battery Park Ferry Park Water Park Which Manhattan Park is near the Staten Island Ferry terminal? Bill: 15 Matt: 1 Random.org: 22 Bill!
