*theme starts up* George Gray: Today, these three players are after hiiiiiigh stakes! BUT, they'll have to avoid the Whammy as they play the most exciting game of their lives! From Net Game Central in cyberspace, it's time to PRESS! YOUR! LUCK! *cheers and applause* And now, here is your host, the star of Press Your Luck, Kevin Kolsen! Me: Hello, everybody! How are you all doing? Thank you, George for that welcome and thank you at home for tuning into another jam-packed edition of fun here on Press Your Luck. As always, we have three contestants waiting to match their wits and their guts against the Whammy as they try to rack in some cash and prizes. Let's meet them, shall we? Starting all the way to my left is Matt Riggenberg. I hear you're a fan of The Simpsons. Got a favorite episode or season in particular?

Oh yes, one of the more emotional ones. My favorite is the one where Homer meets his mother. We'll go next door to Bryan Law. Yesterday, I'm sure you had an emotional time on our show. You won a grand total in cash and prizes of $58,828.
*cheers and applause*
Describe to me what that felt like to have won it all.

Boy I thought it would be a close one until I hit that Double Your Money and by that time I felt almost certain I had it wrapped up.

Good thing since after that, money was no problem. It's what brought you here to defend your title. Finally, let's hear from Billy over on the end.

Hey, I'm a cheeseburger guy myself. Hope things get better for you and best of luck to you today.
Gentlemen, I'm about to ask you four questions. Correct answers will give you spins and the more you earn the more chances you have at winning cash and prizes on the board. We've loaded it up with tens of thousands of dollars worth of goodies. Every time you stop the board like this...
STOP!
HONG KONG
Look at that! You could be going to Hong Kong like me! Is that the first time I've hit a prize?
Stagehand: It is.
Me: Thank you. There is one thing you want to be on the lookout for. We call him the Whammy and if you land on him, he'll jump out and take away any cash and prizes you've earned. Stay away from him. Hands on your buzzers because here comes your first question now:
"Out of ten, how many people worldwide use a version of Windows as the operating system of their choice?"
(To activate your buzzers, PM me a buzz code from 1-100. If you wish to pass, PM the word "Pass" to me.)

BUZZ: 25 1st: Bryan (7) 2nd: Billy (78) 3rd: Matt (87) Bryan? Bryan says eight out of ten use a Windows operating system. If he's right, he'll pick up three spins. Billy and Matt, I'll give it to you in multiple choice for one spin. Is the answer... EIGHTNINESEVEN

Out of ten people who use an operating system worldwide, nine use a version of Windows, not eight. EIGHTNINESEVENIt's the most used operating system and it's no slouch. If you were to divvy that one person into ten, seven would use Apple, two Linux and one would fall into the "Other" category. Everyone is spinless but I'm sure we can fix that with another question. "What country has the most KFC restaurants?"

Billy, you're right to go with China because that country has the most KFC locations. JAPANCHINAUNITED STATESYes, more than the country that started it all in the United States. Billy is the first one to pick up spins, he has one now. Here is the third question: "Which suit in a deck of playing cards his a one-eyed King?"

Welcome back to Press Your Luck! All three of our contestants are ready to face to board for the first time. We have a grand total of $46,235 in cash and prizes up there waiting to be won. We also have Whammies who are waiting to take your winnings away. The contestant with the highest score at the end of this round has the benefit of going last in Round 2. Whoever has the highest score at the end of the game keeps their winnings and comes back to play again tomorrow. We start this round with the player who has the fewest spins. That would be Matt. Are you ready to press your luck, Matt?
