As many of you know, I am a huge fan of The Muppets. Sadly, The Muppets recent series got cancelled about 2 months ago. However, it was announced this morning that The Muppets are nominated for a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour or Less)! As you can probably tell, I am ecstatic about it! This probably sums up my reaction....
Let me know your reactions about this.

That is bizarre that it would be cancelled but still be nominated. The show should have lasted longer.

Indeed it is bizarre but "That's show biz".
Incidentally for Christmas last year I brought home a stuffed toy Kermit, and often I will make his arms flail.

It's interesting you bring that up. You see, last New Year's Eve (7 and a half months ago), my neighbors got me Kermit and Piggy beanbags from 1979 as a, shall I say, christmas gift. Just to clarify, no, you cannot use these on a beanbag board (lol). Yes, these are what they look like. (Note: I do not have the Fozzie one. it came with the image.) Note: I put a rubber band around Piggy's hair because as you can see, her hair is a mess in this image.
