That's correct, the full acronym is HyperText Transfer Protocol.
Evan, the good rolls are 6, 7 and 9. You have two insurance markers, Kevin has one. Would you like to roll or pass the dice to Kevin?

I'll pass 'em.

(the model hands the dice to Kevin) Here are the dice. Two chances to roll something good... (cheers and applause) It's a nine! That clears Column 1! (cheering continues) If you win this first game, you'll get the electronics and the treadmill, plus the side game for 5 trips. High stakes on the table with this question. No, Germany. They were created during the 1973 oil crisis, because there were not enough oil for larger toys.
Evan, you get control of the dice. 6 and 7 are the good rolls, and you lead 2 insurance markers to 1. I know your decision, but you have to make it official...

Kevin, dice are yours, two chances to roll a six or a seven. Good luck. (awws) No, it's a ten. Give me your insurance marker please... Last chance for this first game... (cheers and applause) It's a six! Take off the 6 please. Seventh and last question for this first game. Cambodia is correct.
Now, whoever rolls a 7 wins the game. You have the choice to roll it in three chances, or make Kevin roll it outright. What's your decision?

Kevin, if you roll a 7, you'll clear the entire board. If you roll a double, nothing happens. If you roll anything else, Evan will win $500. This is the last roll of the first game... (double SFX) It's a double, obviously it's a bad roll because 7 is an odd number. Roll again... (double SFX, laughs) Another double... You know what to do. (buzzer, groans) It's a six, one away... Evan wins game 1! (cheers and applause) Evan, well played, once again you take the $500, but I'm pretty sure that's secondary for you. Second game right after this. (fade out)

(I'm back) (fade in) Welcome back to High Rollers! Evan is on his way to a thirteenth victory, leading one-nil against Kevin. Second game starts now, and when I look at this board, I only see one empty spot for a last prize in Column 2. What is it, Rich? It's a solar velomobile! From Hammacher Schlemmer, this is the velomobile with a solar-powered motor, enabling jaunts to be powered by the sun or the rider’s pedaling power. It features a 600-watt electric motor for up to 100 miles of autonomy, continuously variable transmission, aluminium frame, stainless steel hardware and carbon fiber body for the durability and the safety of a car without needing a driver's licence. A prize worth $9,900, making the value of Column 2 $22,482!(applause) That completes our collection of silly prizes. What's the final value of the board? The potential value of the board is $65,200!(cheers and applause) Let's load the upper part of the board please... Hot Column for this game is Column 1 with a roll of 11. Up to $5,000 in cash if you clear it at once. First question. There are 47 world records of olympic disciplines of athletics. How many of them are held by American athletes: 11, 15 or 19?

Only eleven. US athletes hold the men 400 metres, 110 metres and 400 metres hurdles, long jump, shot put, decathlon and 4x400 metres, and women 100 metres and 200 metres, heptathlon and 4x100 metres. Believe it or not, but 4 records are still held by USSR and 3 records by East Germany. Evan gets control. (cheers and applause) The audience likes this roll. Make your choice official...

(cheers) You've cleared the Hot Column! You get $500 just for that. And if you win this game, not only you'll win the match, but you'll also win the electronic package, and your $500 will become $5,000. We have some bad rolls on the board, so it could be the last question of the match. Main winds during the summer monsoon comes from North or from South?

I will roll.

Post by CCSCO on Aug 24, 2014 5:52:39 GMT -5
Just don't roll a three and you're safe. Evan knows what it feels to roll a three when it's the only bad roll. (laughs) It's a six. There's only one way to play off the 6, remove the 5 and the 1. Bad rolls galore, and control crucial. Last question of the game, and if there's a tie-breaker, it will be a one-question only. How many teams are there in NFL?

32 is correct.
As you know, this was the last question of this game. The bad rolls are 3, 5, 6 and 10. Evan has two insurance markers. You can choose to roll or pass, but after each good roll, whoever rolled it gets the same decision.
So, Kevin... Roll or pass?

Evan, you have three chances to roll something good. Good luck. (applause) It's a seven, take off the 7 please... Now the good rolls are 4, 8, 9 and 12. You still have two insurance markers, and I warn you that you're passing control if you pass the dice, in case of a good roll. Roll or pass?
