We finished 1986 with an exciting sweep by st1200 who won close to $40,000 in prizes. 1987 is the first year where I have some dramatic changes to the format:
-We're playing for cash from here on out. No more shopping.
-There will be a minimum of four rounds with $1,000/$2,500/$3,500/$5,000 as the top values.
-Round 4 now has a Wheel Prize unless that round begins as a Speed-Up.
-Some games may have Rounds 3 and 4 in one segment. In this case, the Speed-Up will take place in Round 5 at the earliest (with the pace we've been going, expect some six-round games).
-$25,000 cash is now available to play for in the Bonus Round.
I have one player, mringgenberg, ready to go with the switch to the all-cash format pending. I need two other contestants, who's in?
