I hell cannot believe this umpiring crew completely caused the biggest ejection of the year. I thought it was just balls and strikes. But now it is worse! It was the fact that Votto called time and was not granted it. And now he threatens the home plate umpires and it led the one of their biggest losses!

An umpire doesn't have to grant time. Unfortunate but it's the rule. This isn't the first time Joey Votto's been in trouble with the umps I might add.
