If I get no response by Ian by 11:00 PM/CT tomorrow, I will first make it Ian's first missed deadline. Second, I will have to determine what to do on him calling high/low.

Higher?

You are hoping to do something. Will this be higher? www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh/sfxnbcding.mp3 (shocks, applause) A jack! You have one more card to go, but we still have two questions left. What do you want to do?

If I get no response by Ian by 11:00 PM/CT tomorrow, I will first make it Ian's first missed deadline, but I will freeze his process.

Ian has missed his first deadline. We will freeze his board and have Lara and Kida fill in the spaces on Greg's row with cards off the top of his deck. We will finish the match when we return. picosong.com/5zA2/

COMMERCIAL NOTE
I have found out that it is three missed deadlines and a contestant is replaced.
(applause) We are back with the third question to Greg. A leaked site called Ashley Madison allows married people to date in secret. But of course that is not the only thing that can lead to cheating. That is why we asked 100 married people both men and women: "If you saw anything suspicious of your spouse, will your first instinct say that they are cheating?" How many of these married people would admit that?

So how many of them would say that their first instinct was cheating? Hmm...... well, I don't think a lot of people are that quick to judge. I know the divorce rates are high nowadays, but I'd like to think that they'd try to talk it out first. That's going to be a low number, 45.

www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh/sfxnbcding.mp3So Greg says 45 out of 100 would admit that. Do you think that it is higher or lower, Ian? SIDE: With this being Labor Day weekend, Ian has until 11:00 PM/CT on Labor Day. If he does not respond then, it will be his second missed deadline

I'll say higher.

www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh/sfxnbcding.mp3 Wow! The actual number that thought that instinct was... (shocks) picosong.com/XD2W/ GREG, YOU WERE SO CLOSE FROM WINNING ANTOHER $500! But it was barely higher by one. I am shocked also. But Greg, you were right to say it was in the middle. And yes, I thought so on what you said as well. However, Ian barely gets a chance to tie the match up. Ian, what do you want to do on this jack?

Lower!

DARION: If it is, you tie the match up, but if it is not, Greg has a chance to win the match before sudden death. Is it lower... IT IS! picosong.com/XZnq/ IAN TIES THE MATCH! First, Kida will hand you that prize and George will describe it. www.80stvthemes.com/ra/tpir/TPIR20.raGEORGE: This gas card will work at any Shell gas station in the United States. Just swipe it at the pump and you can fill up easily up to $1,000 in full gas. From the Shell Corporation. (applause) DARION: That is great, Ian, and congratulations! Lara and Kida have already placed the cards for the tiebreaker. It is a three card sudden death. I will ask you the question, Greg, and whoever wins this tossup will have to decide once I turn over both base cards. This is an educated guess: Clyde W. Tombaugh discovered the special object Pluto which has been a key item in our solar system. How many years ago did he discovered it as of today?

www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh/sfxnbcding.mp3Whoever gets this will have the fate to determine who will be the champion. The actual time that Pluto was discovered was... picosong.com/XD2W/ 85 years ago! It was higher. The exact date was the 18 th of February 1930. I will first turn over both base cards, Ian... (applause) Well, that is a laptop for Greg. That will be added to his prize list and will be his with the $3,500 if he wins this game. Lara has placed a replacement, and I will replay the decision... Greg has a six while you have a five. If you play, you may change your five. But you must go all the way, or Greg wins his two prizes and remains the champion. If you pass, Greg must play all cards given including the six, and must go all the way, or you are the new champion. Play or pass?

With this being Labor Day, if Ian does not respond by 11:00 PM/CT tomorrow, it will be his second missed deadline, and he will have to play and go all the way to win the match. (Of course, he can change the card.)

A missed deadline is a missed deadline. The challenger has less than a minute to respond.

A missed deadline is a missed deadline. The challenger has less than a minute to respond. Tony, my clock reads 11:06 central. It is another missed deadline. Now normally as I planned, he would have to play. However, I am not sure if he will hear this. Greg and Tony, I think I need to let the rest of the match be in your hands. If I don't hear from Ian, what do you want to do?

DARION: I see that you will play and go higher. It must be or Greg wins the match. Is it lower? (small buzz) It is not! picosong.com/jCuJ/ Greg wins his fourth match and the two bonuses. Ian, you did well winning $500 and the Shell Gas card and I thank you. Greg, first, I have George tell you about your laptop. www.80stvthemes.com/ra/tpir/TPIR14.raGEORGE: It is the HP Tablet with an Intel Core2 Duo Processor, Windows 10, touchscreen tablet, Up to 9.75 Hours of Battery Life, and 320GB hard drive from HP worth $900. (applause) DARION: With the regular money and your previous winnings, you are to $172,969. (cheers) Plus I have one joker in my hand that will give you the chance to win a lot more, that is when we return. picosong.com/5zA2/

(applause) Wow, Greg. You are a lucky man. I was worried that Ian would do something there. But be relieved that this is your fourth go. You already have over $172,000, and Kida has placed aside the joker you have for winning the match so at least you have a chance of winning something that could be a third car or even $35K. But are you ready to get to the Money Cards first?

Then, Lara and Kida, deal the money cards. picosong.com/5tjR/ Well, you have been here four times so I think I just need to tell you first that you must bet at least $100 except on the Big Bet on which you must bet half the money. Plus, if you get a joker, you get a bonus chance for the car. We shall give you $1,000 to start. www.dougmorris.net/nmghsh/sfxnbcding.mp3Remember, you can change one card on each level. You start with... ...a deuce! (cheering)
