Hi there! It's Rocks12345. You may remember me as a member from Buy a Vowel Boards. I've stumbled over to this website recently and I thought that I would be fun to participate in game shows all under one website. And this is where I'm happy to announce that I will be hosting games of Wheel of Fortune (with some twists) over here. I'm hosting all of my online games all on this site, although I will still be doing some over on the other site as well. Without further ado, here are the rules:
Rules:
Every game will be themed. Vowels will cost $500. House minimum is $1,500
There will be two tossups, valued at $2,000 each. The first tossup will determine who starts Round 1 and the second tossup will determine who starts R4.
Notes for Rounds 1-3:
Prize Puzzles can happen once in any round, but it won't happen each game.
Same goes for Before And After, Same Name, Same Letter, and Trivia puzzles. Every one of these "special puzzles" will be in its own round. Trivia questions are worth $2,500.
Surprise is the game's featured prize, meaning that I can't explain it until the prize is won.
There is a Gift Tag
The only tokens that offer some cash are Free Spin and 1/2 car tags.
There will be a million dollar wedge.
Round 1: This round is the Robber Round. There is a Robber Wedge on the wheel. If you hit it, you get $500 per consonant plus the chance of solving immediately to steal the cash and prizes each player won in the round. But if you try to solve immediately on that wedge and fail, you go Bankrupt. Also, the Wild Card and the Free Spin appear the first two rounds. The latter will also offer $300 per consonant. Layout:
Round 2: This round is the jackpot round (Jackpot Starts at $5,000). Starting this round, the half car plates will be up for grabs (they will also offer $300 per consonant). Layout:
Round 3: This round is the mystery round, in which the mystery prize is 10K no matter what. At this point, the Wild Card and Free Spin become out of play. Oh, and $4,000 is the TDV on this round. Layout:
Round 4 +: Basically, all collectibles are removed permanently from the wheel if unclaimed, and yes, the second BANKRUPT will get removed. This is if in case I have to shift into speed-up mode in the middle of the round. Some dollar spaces minus TDV get upgraded. Layout:
Bonus Round: This will be similar to season 35's Bonus Round in which the winning player will choose one category from three to play in the bonus round.
Champions Rule: The champion can stay up to 3 games, but he retires immediately if he wins the million. Also, you have to wait 1 game before getting into my games again if you just played.
REMEMBER THIS WHILE PLAYING:
When choosing a letter, you must use an Uppercase letter. Otherwise, it won't count and you'll lose your turn.
You have 24 hours to make a decision if it's your turn (Unless if you're on vacation, in which you MUST notify me.) whether it be buying a vowel, spinning, or solving. Take longer than that and you'll get buzzed out.
When typing in the puzzle solution, it NEEDS TO BE IN ALL CAPS. I'll allow underlining, bolding, italicizing, exclamation and question marks.
Other than that, have fun playing in my games!
